We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Sales & Engagement Lead to partner with new and existing customers to deliver cutting-edge data, machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to our diverse customer base within and outside the Lufthansa Group. In this role, you will have the potential to drive value in domains like aviation, logistics, transportation, airports, catering, and more. This role is ideal for a candidate with a robust background in data science, data strategy, data analytics, machine learning, and AI, along a track record for delivering impactful solutions through team leadership and problem-solving strategies.

- Serve as a technical sales lead for new business development and extension of current zeroG customer base. Advance zeroG commercial opportunities with a focus on understanding customer needs, building lasting partnerships, and delivering concrete value.
- Develop strategies to deepen existing customer relationships and build new customer engagements, combining your data expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills.
- Partner with our motivated data experts – including data scientists, data engineers, business data analysts, and business consultants – to deliver high-impact and complex data projects, intitiatives, and solutions, delighting new and existing customers with novel approaches and demonstrable value.
- Lead high-impact customer engagements, ensuring teams deliver on project timelines, communicate resource needs, and mitigate risks effectively. Foster an innovative and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure team and project alignment with zeroG’s strategic vision and objectives.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies, in order to develop new capabilities at zeroG in cutting-edge technical domains.
- Work closely with other cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure our solutions and products are fit-for-market and that they surprise and delight customers and users.
- Ensure adherence to data governance policies and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
